Ascites Production

Abnova will match your choice of cell lines to our tailored protocols, a preferred strain of mice, and production scale. Customers will provide cell line(s) of interest to Abnova to produce mouse ascites. The custom ascites production service is based on the number of mice used to generate the quantity of ascites needed by our customers. The average ascites yield is 3 mL for Balb/c and SCID mice. Actual yield will vary for each cell line.
