Notice

• Customer is responsible for all import duty and VAT which are excluded from the order invoice (F.O.B/F.C.A terms).
• Product will be shipped using FedEx / UPS account.
• Dry ice is used in all antibody and protein shipment.
• Order and shipping summary will be emailed to the customer once the order is confirmed.
• Customer may need to prepare documents for local customs clearance.
• Please inform us of any special shipping requests due to holidays or postponement at least one week before the shipping date.
